Have I always been ultra organized? ABSOLUTELY NOT! I’m well aware that life gets messy. Disorganization can creep up and leave you wondering, “How did things get so out of control?!” I have lived through divorce, loss of a child and an empty nest. Luckily, my parents instilled in me the value of keeping things organized, clean and easy. Thanks, Mom & Dad!! These skills helped me get back on track and turn the chaos in my life into calm.
What does all this have to do with organizing?
I have a true understanding of how all of this impacts our lives. It often feels impossible to be organized when you are exhausted from being a single parent or working constantly. It is heart wrenching to give away physical items of a loved one, when it’s all you have left of them. When your children leave home and are venturing out into a world that doesn’t include you, you resist letting go of things with sentimental value. When you need to move into a smaller home and have no idea where to begin. It can feel INSURMOUNTABLE.
All of these situations can be overcome with the compassion, guidance and support of the right person to help you through the process. I am honored to assist my clients in restoring order in their lives, to create order for the first time or manage to successfully move into a new home.
